The Most Excited I've Been About What's Possible for My Clients
I have been building toward something for a while now.
And this week it clicked into place in a way that has me genuinely excited about what becomes possible for the founders, CEOs, and leadership teams I work with.
But before I get to the announcement, I want to share the thinking behind it. Because the decision I made this week didn't come out of nowhere. It came out of something I've been watching for years and something I've been quietly building toward since 2022.
The Pattern I Keep Seeing
There are thousands of leadership coaches, keynote speakers, and executive development programs available to founders and leaders right now.
There are also thousands of operational experts, integrators, fractional COOs, and business consultants ready to build the systems, processes, and infrastructure a business needs to scale.
And yet growth still stalls. Teams still underperform. Leaders still hit ceilings they can't explain.
I get called when people figure out why.
It's not the leadership work. It's not the operational work. It's that nobody is doing both at the same time, in the same room, with the same understanding of how deeply one affects the other.
And it shows up in one of three ways.
A founder who has done a year of leadership coaching, feels more self aware, understands their patterns, but the business hasn't moved. Because self awareness without operational traction is just personal growth. It doesn't automatically translate into business momentum.
A leader with beautiful systems, clear processes, and airtight infrastructure, but the team still isn't performing. Because the vision keeps shifting, the targets keep changing, and the communication isn't landing in a way that makes people feel safe, secure, empowered, and genuinely excited about where they're going. Operational foundation without consistent, clear, emotionally intelligent leadership is structure with no soul.
Or a founder who has revenue moving, a team working hard, everything looking right on paper, but something feels off and they can't name what. That's the ceiling moment. And the ceiling is almost always where leadership and operations meet.
Why Both Have to Happen at the Same Time
This is what most people miss.
It's not that you do the leadership work first and then build the operational foundation. Or build the systems first and then develop the leader.
They have to happen simultaneously. Because each one informs the other in real time.
A leader developing their emotional intelligence needs operational data to make better decisions. A team being asked to follow new processes needs a leader whose vision and communication makes those processes feel meaningful, not bureaucratic.
Leadership without operational foundation is inspiration with nowhere to land. Operational foundation without leadership is structure with no soul. Together they're the thing that actually builds something that lasts.
How I Got Here
I made a decision in 2022 to dedicate my career to exactly this.
It wasn't an impulsive pivot. It was the natural next chapter of everything that came before it. Twenty years as a Dermatology PA taught me how to read human behavior, understand what people aren't saying, and navigate high stakes conversations where the emotional stakes are just as real as the clinical ones. Years of building and running my own entrepreneurial ventures taught me what it actually costs when leadership and operational foundation are out of sync, and what becomes possible when they're not.
In 2022 I stepped away from that chapter and declared a new path forward. Not coaching alone. Not operations alone. The integration of both, because that's where real forward progress actually lives.
And for the last few years I've been delivering that work, sitting in the space between human behavior and business operations, helping founders and leaders develop the inner leadership that drives the outer results, while making sure there's enough structure underneath to catch them when leadership gets hard.
It's worked. And I've wanted more for my clients.
The Announcement
This week I partnered with an exceptionally talented and experienced fractional COO to work alongside me with my corporate clients.
And I cannot tell you how excited I am about what this means.
Because now, while I'm in the room developing self aware, high performing, emotionally intelligent leaders who can make the decisions others avoid and have the conversations others won't, there is someone equally exceptional making sure the operational foundation underneath them is rock solid.
Two lanes. Running parallel. The leadership work and the operational work happening simultaneously, informing each other, amplifying each other.
Not a coach handing off to an operator. Not an operator waiting for the leader to catch up. Both in the room, both at the table, both building toward the same outcome for the client at the same time.
This is what I've been working toward. And it's what I believe my clients have always deserved.
If you've been doing the leadership work without the operational foundation, or building the systems without the leadership clarity to bring them to life, or sitting at a ceiling you can't quite explain, this is the conversation worth having.

P.S. I spent years figuring out that it was never one or the other. It was always both. And now I finally have the right partner to deliver that the way my clients have always deserved. If that resonates with where you are, hit reply. I'd love to talk.
